Refund policy
Due to each item being print-on-demand, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds due to change of mind, wrong color or wrong size.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return on manufacturer errors/damaged or incorrect items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and photo proof of damage/error or incorrect item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Manufacturer damage/error or incorrect item may be qualified for free re-print or refund. To request a re-print/refund, go to the email receipt sent by customer@trackorder.site, click the link to your order, select "report a problem", attach photo of damage/error or incorrect item when requested and submit. Someone will reach out to you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
